طبيعة الخدمة
The Album خدمة تتيح لأصحاب المناسبات (أعراس، خطوبات، مناسبات شركات، وغيرها) إنشاء صفحة رقمية لجمع الصور من الضيوف بسهولة، مع خصوصية لكل ضيف.
مسؤولية المحتوى
المستخدم (الضيف أو المضيف) هو المسؤول الوحيد عن الصور التي يرفعها. يُمنع رفع أي محتوى مسيء أو غير لائق أو مخالف للقانون.
حسابات المستخدمين
تسجيل الدخول يتم عبر حساب جوجل أو عبر رابط بريد إلكتروني، ولا يتطلب إنشاء كلمة مرور.
حدود الخدمة
نسعى للحفاظ على توفر الخدمة، لكننا لا نضمن عدم انقطاعها بشكل كامل في جميع الأوقات.
التعديلات
قد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وسيُعلن عن أي تحديث جوهري عبر الموقع.

The service
The Album is a service that lets event owners (weddings, engagements, company events and others) create a digital page to collect photos from their guests easily, with privacy for each guest.
Responsibility for content
The user (guest or host) is solely responsible for the photos they upload. Uploading any offensive, inappropriate or unlawful content is prohibited.
User accounts
Signing in is done with a Google account or through an email link, and does not require creating a password.
Limits of the service
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will never be interrupted.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time, and any significant update will be announced on the site.
