ما هي المعلومات التي نجمعها
عند الانضمام إلى مناسبة، نطلب اسمكم، وبريدكم الإلكتروني إن اخترتم إضافته، ونرسل إلى هذا البريد رابطكم الخاص للعودة إلى صوركم. وإذا سجّلتم الدخول عبر جوجل، نجمع الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني المرتبطين بحسابكم. عند رفع الصور والفيديوهات، نخزّنها مع تاريخ رفعها، وأي تهنئة تكتبونها.
كيف نستخدم هذه المعلومات
نستخدم اسمكم وبريدكم الإلكتروني فقط لتحديد هويتكم داخل المناسبة التي تشاركون فيها، وربط صوركم بكم، وإرسال رابطكم الخاص حتى تتمكنوا من العودة لمشاهدتها لاحقًا. يرى صاحب المناسبة أسماء ضيوفه فقط، ولا يرى بريدهم الإلكتروني. لا نستخدم بياناتكم لأي غرض تسويقي، ولا نبيعها، ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراضها الخاصة. نعتمد على مزوّدي خدمة لتشغيل الموقع، مذكورين في الفقرة التالية، ويعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنّا فقط.
أين تُخزَّن البيانات
تُخزَّن بيانات الحسابات والمناسبات على Supabase، وتُخزَّن الصور والفيديوهات على Cloudflare، وتُرسَل رسائل البريد الإلكتروني الخاصة بالخدمة عبر Resend. جميعها منصات سحابية آمنة ومشفّرة.
مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
تُحذف الصور والفيديوهات تلقائيًا بعد انتهاء مدة الاحتفاظ الخاصة بالمناسبة.
من يستطيع رؤية صوري
بشكل افتراضي، يرى كل ضيف الصور التي رفعها بنفسه فقط، ويستطيع صاحب المناسبة اختيار مشاركة جميع صور المناسبة مع الضيوف. صاحب المناسبة (المضيف) ومن يضيفهم كمساعدين يستطيعون رؤية جميع الصور المرفوعة في مناسبته.
حذف البيانات
يمكن لأي ضيف حذف أي صورة رفعها بنفسه في أي وقت من داخل الموقع. لطلب حذف الحساب بالكامل، يمكن التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أدناه.

What we collect
When you join an event, we ask for your name and, if you choose to add it, your email address, to which we send your personal link so you can come back to your photos. If you sign in with Google, we collect the name and email address linked to your account. When you upload photos and videos, we store them with the date they were uploaded, along with any wish you write.
How we use it
We use your name and email address only to identify you within the event you are taking part in, to link your photos to you, and to send you your personal link so you can come back to see them later. The host sees their guests' names only, never their email addresses. We do not use your data for any marketing purpose, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes. We rely on service providers to run the site, named in the next section, and they process data only on our behalf.
Where it is stored
Account and event data is stored on Supabase, photos and videos are stored on Cloudflare, and the service's emails are sent through Resend. All of these are secure, encrypted cloud platforms.
How long we keep it
Photos and videos are deleted automatically when the event's retention period ends.
Who can see my photos
By default, each guest sees only the photos they uploaded themselves, and the event's owner can choose to share all of the event's photos with the guests. The event owner (the host), and anyone they add as an assistant, can see all photos uploaded to their event.
Deleting your data
Any guest can delete any photo they uploaded themselves, at any time, from within the site. To ask for your whole account to be deleted, contact us at the email address below.
